About Shine On
Shine On Disability Support Services was created with a simple belief – that quality disability support should be personal, reliable, and built around each individual's goals and dreams. We proudly provide personalised NDIS disability support across Melbourne's eastern and south-eastern suburbs, helping participants build independence, confidence and meaningful lives.
Our founder, Nikita, has worked hands-on in the disability sector for over six years, supporting people with a wide range of needs, including physical disabilities, intellectual, neurological, sensory disabilities, neurodivergent participants (including ASD Levels 1–3 and ADHD) and people living with mental health challenges.
Over time, she saw a gap in the industry: while many services offered "care," not all offered genuine connection, consistency and empowerment.
From this vision, Shine On was born – a service where participants are seen as people first, where their voices matter, and where their goals guide the journey.
